• Your UK mobile phone number (for WhatsApp reminders)
• Your bill information: bill names, amounts, due dates, and frequency
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Your consent records
• Usage data and reminder logs

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Send you bill reminders by WhatsApp and email
• Process your subscription payment via Stripe
• Allow you to manage your bills via secure link
• Respond to your support requests
• Maintain records of reminders sent for your protection

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or advertising. We do not sell your data.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: sending reminders and managing your subscription
• Consent: receiving bill reminder communications by WhatsApp and email
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention and service security

5. Data sharing

We share your data only with the following third-party processors:

• Stripe: for payment processing
• Twilio / Meta: for WhatsApp message delivery
• Email SMTP provider: for email delivery
• Database provider: for secure data storage

All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data appropriately.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 6 years after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Reminder logs are retained for 12 months. You may request earlier deletion — see Your Rights below.
