Accuracy of information
The reminder information we send is based solely on the bill details you have provided to us. We do not verify the accuracy of any bill amounts or due dates you enter. It is your responsibility to ensure your bill information in Clean Bills is correct and up to date.
Service availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure reminders are delivered reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of all messages. WhatsApp and email delivery are subject to the availability of third-party providers.
Regulated services
Clean Bills is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not carry out any regulated activities as defined under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
